Yes,you heard it right. The Fools who are fabulously narrow-minded. An Auto Rickshaw driver from Rajasthan complained that a few men misbehaved and manhandled him which results in an eye injury.

     His fault,Oh he just didn't chant 'Modi Zindabad' and 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai'. These so called 'Guardians of Nation' on this note mercillesly start their action. Is it worthy? Why some people want to thrust their ideology to others. Everyone has a different perception of things and ideology. There is nothing to worry about that. Is it prudent to manhandle a fellow citizen like this?

              The Nation belongs to everyone. No one has the right to physically assalult someone due to just different perception. Just chanting some phrases doesn't make you a good citizen nor prove your love for the nation. It's a immature ideology that needs serious overhaul. Incidents of this kind put grave concerns before us. The Constitutional processes ensure that trust prevails in this nation. This is the beauty that we have different ideologies. We must tackle these kind of incidents irrespective of caste,creed, religion for making a society where discrimination or prejudice be reduced to 'History' only.

This donation can be made after the death of an individual or can be donated while living under some circumstances.

Is organ donation legal?

Yes organ donation is fully legal in many countries. But remember,only donation of organs is legal. The buying and selling of human organs is a shameful and inhuman act and it is illegal 🚫.

In India, according to THOA ( Transplantation Of Human Organ Act),only donation of organs is legal. The buying and selling of organs can lead to imprisonment and a heavy fine.

Who can be a legal donor of organ? 

Actually,organ donors are of two types:-

Living Donor: Any person above 18 years of age who voluntarily authorizes the removal of any of his organ and/or tissue,during his/her lifetime,as per prevalent medical practices or therapeutic purposes.

Deceased Donor: Anyone,regardless of age,race or gender can become an organ and tissue donor after his/her death ( Brainstem/Cardiac). Consent of near relative or a person in lawful possession of dead body is required. If the deceased donor is under age of 18,then consent is required of parents or any other relative authorized by parents is required.Medical suitability for donation is determined at time of death. 

Can a person with medical problems/health issues become a donor?

Yes, in most circumstances you can be a donor. Having a medical condition does not necessarily prevent a person from becoming an organ or tissue donor. The decision about whether some or all organs or tissue are suitable for transplant is made by a healthcare professional, taking into account your medical history.

In very rare cases, the organs of donors with HIV or hepatitis-C have been used to help others with the same conditions. This is only ever carried out when both parties have the condition. All donors have rigorous checks to guard against infection.

Why employement oppurtunities are getting low day by day?

Actually, the world population is rising day by day. In respond to this population, the employement oppurtunities are reducing. The demand for employement is very high. 

The youth today needs employement. But employement oppurtunities are reducing causing a big problem.

How to create employment in this era..

1 Tourism- It is a wonderful sector to work. According to an study,in this sector 10 lakh jobs can be produced in India. Government must encourage this sector by spending more on this and by improving the infrastructure. This sector can produce jobs like Tourist Guides,Restaurant,Small cafe,Hotels,Shops etc. It can create many direct and indirect jobs in India but the government must work in this sector to get results.

2. By improving road infrastructure- Roads play an important role in development. If the government invest on building a good and last mile connectivity network of roads,the transportation of goods and services can be made easier.

 It can create a large number of jobs like- Commercial drivers,Road maintaining staff,Mechanics etc. By this the farmer can easily transport the crops to the main market. Mini trucks can also run on these roads to transport goods and ensuring last mile connectivity.

3. By improving irrigation facilities in farms-  A lot of employment opportunities can be generated in agriculture sector if the irrigation facilities gets improved. If the irrigation facilities improves,the crop production gets increased and the more people can be employed in the fields to look after  the crops. As more crops gets produced,more workforce is needed to take care of crops which will stop migration of villagers to cities but also boosts the employment rate.

4.By providing loans at easier terms- If the government provide loans to businesses,farmers,factory owners,they can  setup the infrastructure and can increase their production and profit and can also provide employment to a number of people. So if the government provide easy loans to people they can become job giver or job producer.

5. Floriculture-  Is the practice to cultivate flowers to sell them commercially or to use its products. India has one of the largest Floriculture industry in the world. If government encourage this industry,there also can a great scope of jobs.

  Menstruation ( Periods)  can be simply defined as stream of blood which contains thicky substances and other substances present in uterus which came out due to non-availability of sperms ( present in males) through vagina.

 What causes menstruation ( Periods) in women?

Actually the periods take place due to non-availability of sperms in female's body due to not participating in any sexual relationship.

The ovaries present in female body are filled with lakhs of tiny pre matured eggs called ovum. At the age of about 12-13,these eggs starts to travel to fallopian tube. There due to non-availability of sperms ( because no sexual relation in established), these eggs die after 24 hours and came out with the thicky wall of lining which uterus prepares to carry the fertilized egg with a stream of blood.

Menstruation: A list of myths which needs to be ended....

(1)  The first myth is that during menstruation (periods), the girls looses their purity and hence should not enter places of worship like temples,churches,mosques etc.

This idiotic myth about menstruation is completely wrong. Girls can enter any place of worshp during their menstrual cycle ( periods) as it do not disturbs purity of girl and purity of that particular place and also it is their birth right which is guranteed by law as well as Constitution.  ( IN India, it is the right which is guranteed by Indian Constitution to all the citizens.)

(2) The second myth is that the girl cannot cook food for others nor can enter the kitchen. If the girl touches the food, it will turned rotten.

This myth is also very idiotic and girls should not pay attention to this kind of nonsense.

(3) The third myth about menstruation ( periods) is that girls must wash their hairs and then they will gain their purity.A girl or women can never loses their purity. The women and girls will always be pure.

This myth about menstruation is also very idiotic and I think the people who created these kind of myths are foolish and totally non-sense. Girls and women should straightly ignore these myths.

WE CAN MAKE A LIST OF THOUSANDS OF MYTHS AND TABOOS  ABOUT MENSTRUATION ( PERIODS) BUT IT HAS NO USE BECAUSE THEY ARE COMPLETELY NON-SENSE, NON-BIOLOGICAL,IDIOTIC AND WE ALL MUST IGNORE THEM..

A true incident which can be considered as a strong step in ending these myths is :

In India, there exists a very famous temple in Kerela ( Southern state of India). There is a myth as well as evil mentality present in SABRIMALAN TEMPLE that women and girls between 10 to 60 cannot enter the temple due to their periods. Some women challenge this practice in the Honourable Supreme Court Of India and a three judges bench in its decision declared this practice non-constitutional and discriminative and ends this practice and gave entry to women of all ages in the temple.

It is a excellent decision which can result in ending these kind of idiotic myths.....

Menstruation and ill mentality associated with it: Whats need to be done?

(1)    To end these myths, the young children especially boys should be aware of this natural process called MENSTRUATION ( PERIODS) AND PARENTS SHOULD NOT HESITATE TO DISCUSS ITS SIGNIFICANCE WITH THESE YOUNG MINDS AS THEY ARE THE FUTURE OF THIS WORLD. Once the children gets aware, the half of  the problem will get solved.

(2)     The adults specially senior citizens must change their mentality about menstruation or periods as they are a strong pillar for a big change.

(3) The children must taught about periods in the school by the class teacher or science teacher clearly without hesitation. A strong change can take place due to this education.Parents should not hesitate to reach their children about menstruation no matter they are boys or girls. Most of parents tune another channel when an advertisement of sanitary pads start on T.V which is not correct. If children are taught about this completely biological and natural and important process from their parents,they will develop respect as well as knowledge about menstruation and will not engage in discriminating girls due to their periods( menstruation) and the country would not have to face the crisis or evils that the girls faces while entering Sabrimala Temple of Kerela. I think the person or a sacred figure whom we call god if disrespect this process known as periods then sorry but I will not accept him/her as god/goddess or incarnation ( avtaar in Hindi) of any other form of god. I didn't understand how the purity of Lord Ayappa's temple- Sabrimala will break due to periods or menstrual cycle of the women followers.

(4) The YOUTH must understand the basic biological and natural  concept of menstruation and must try to bring the change. Campaigns,street plays,theatre performances must be given to change mentality of people.

A GOOD THING IS THAT NOW A DAYS YOUTH IS COMING FORWARD TO ENCOUNTER SUCH IDIOTIC MYTHS AND TO AWARE THE PEOPLE ABOUT MENSTRUATION.

THE SANITARY PADS ARE A MUST NEED FOR MENSTRUAL HYGIENE. BUT TODAY,NOT ALL WOMEN USES THE SANITARY PADS AND MOST OF THEM ARE NOT AWRE OF IT WHICH IS A PROBLEM. SANITARY PADS MUST BE POPULARISED THROUGHOUT THE WORLD EVEN IN VILLAGES TO ENCOURAGE MENSTRUAL HYGIENE.

ACCORDING TO ME,THE MYTHS ABOUT MENSTRUATION ARE IDIOTIC AND SHOULD BE IGNORED. MENSTRUATION IS A PROCESS DUE TO WHICH HUMAN RACE MANAGED TO SURVIVE. THE WOMEN MUST LIVE WITH THEIR DIGNITY AS WELL AS SELF-RESPECT DURING THEIR PERIODS OR MENSTRUAL CYCLE.

THE YOUTH SHOULD COME FORWARD TO ENCOUNTER SUCH EVIL THOUGHTS. MENSTRUATION (PERIODS) IS A TOTALLY  NATURAL PROCESS WHICH IS IMPORTANT FOR OUR SURVIVAL AND ALSO ONLY WOMEN HAS THE COURAGE TO CARRY THIS PROCESS. MENSTRUATION IS NOT A ISSUE AT GLOBAL LEVEL NATURALLY,BUT THE MINDSET OF PEOPLE HAD MADE IT A GLOBAL ISSUE ( SOCIAL AS WELL AS BIOLOGICAL) WHICH NEED TO BE TACKLED SERIOUSLY. I HAD TO WRITE ABOUT THIS MENSTRUAL PROCESS JUST BECAUSE OF EVIL MINDSET OF SOCIETY AND PEOPLE. MENSTRUAL PROCESS IS NATURAL,BIOLOGICAL AND IT DO  NOT TAKE AWAY THE PURITY OF WOMEN. LIVE WITH DIGNITY BECAUSE WOMEN HAS THE ONLY COURAGE TO MANAGE THIS PROCESS AS IT CAUSES PAIN.. WHICH THE MALES CAN'T IMAGINE AND I DON'T THINK THEY ( INCLUDING ME) CAN'T BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND OR CAN MANAGE. NATURE KNOWS THAT WOMEN ARE MORE STRONGER,EFFICIENT,RELIABLE THAN MAN AT EVERY STAGE.REMINDING YOU THAT BECAUSE OF THIS PROCESS WE ALL ARE BORN AND THE LIFE ON EARTH CONTINUES TO GROW. WE MUST ABOLIS OUR EVIL MENTALITY ON PERIODS OR MENSTRUATION. 

Dear women,

Please live with complete dignity as well as self respect during your periods. Do not hesitate to go to places of worship like temples,mosques,churches etc during your periods. No ultimate force can make you impure.

The success of #MeToo campaign.

           Me Too Campaign

Me Too Campaign is the social movement against men who tries to harass women in past or present.

It was  originally started in October 2017 on various social media channels like Twitter,Facebook etc.

Many women had shared there experience because of this campaign. In fact,this campaign gives strength to women to raise their voice against evil 'sexual' intentions.

Many bollywood as well as Hollywood celebrities had shared their horrifying experiences. In fact Indian actress Shilpa Shetty suggested that this campaign should be termed as #YouToo because women had no mistake in their harrasment. 

But according to my point of view, this campaign is successful as it gives a chance to women to express their experiences but I also strongly argue that no boycott of men should take place even just after accusing him. I think that proper investigation should take place and if the men is found guilty, I seriously suggest that he should be given toughest punishments under law.

Senior actors like Nana Patekar, Alok Nath, Minister of External Affairs( state) M.J Akbar of India are accused of sexual harassment but I feels that without proper enquiry we must not let them assumes to be wrong. I am not saying that women who accuses these people are lying but it is also stated in law that without finding anyone guilty we must not judge them as wrong.

I am not in anyone's side. My side is completely neutral but I want that the wrong doer will get punishment under law but I also want that no innocent should get punished even socially,emotionally and by law.

I will be very happy if #MeToo campaign would result in giving punishment to the guilty and justice would be granted to the harassed women but if a innocent is get punished then it would not be right.

I support #MeToo campaign but also support the basic rule of law and justice for guilty and innocent.

What is women empowerment?

Women empowerment can simply be defined as the process by which women empower themselves i.e recreate themselves by leaving their previous identity of being a non-strong,non-reliable being.

But did the situation really changed? Did women had succeed to empower themselves? Did women empowerment is still a dream?

According to my point of view, women had managed to change and recreate their own identity up to a great extent. The situation as well as condition of women had changed. But they still had to cover a long distance.

Today women had managed to come out from that house of four walls and a roof to the competitive world. The women all over the world are creating world records,milestones.
 Defense,cooking,administration,writing and a lot more. Women are present everywhere. Women had proved themselves in front of the whole world.

But still crime against women is a problem. Besides empowerment,crime against women is playing a negative role. The people still assumes women to be non-strong. Still there are restrictions on women in various countries. 
People always forget that women possesses both physical as well as mental power. Men generally only possess physical power in more amount as compared to mental power.
Also,women is more strong mentally and do not break easily due to bad situations.

A women in today's world is the chief of various international organizations, head of the states,defense experts,brilliant officers,commandos,chefs and a lot more positions are occupied by them.
This is women empowerment in a true sense.

Sheikh Haseena ( P.M of Bangladesh), Kalpana Chawala ( Indian Astronaut), Naadia Muraad ( Recipient of 2018 Nobel prize for peace) are the classic as well as modern examples of women empowerment.

I really don't understand that why this world is not recognizing the women power. In this 21st century, women are facing discrimination and are understood as ' sex item' by some people. This shows the small mentality of people.
Women empowerment is not restricted to a certain part of world but is now spreading to all parts of the world.
But we cannot achieve the global target of empowering women until each women of this world did not connect with governance,technology,education,skills,knowledge.

I strongly support women empowerment and if I came to be reffered as a ' feminist', it would cause no problem to me.
Women is one of the strongest pillar of a great and bright future.

India's progressive step toward social equilibrium ( Homosexuality)

 India's major step towards social equilibrium..............

Even in today's progressive society, there are some people who do not have equal access to respect of society. They face discrimination in various aspects.
 In fact,there are many groups who faces discrimination from society, but the LGBT community is the most common group that faces discrimination from years..
  In India also they had faced discrimination,but now India has moved on creating history.

The honourable Supreme Court Of India in its historic judgement says that homosexuality is no long a crime in India as they ( people of LGBT community) has also the right to life which is guaranteed to Indian citizens by its Constitution.
    According to my point of view, this judgement of our honourable Supreme Court is very much right and will create a environment of social equality as this group is facing inequality since years  and I also think that the society should apologize because we as a united society, unable to accommodate these people with us.
  What is the crime of these people? Just that they love people of same gender. Why we all assume that humans must love people from opposite gender.
Then Chief Justice- Honourable Justice Dipak Mishra quoted that these people also had the right to enjoy their fundamental right of privacy as well as life which is guaranteed by Indian Constitution.
            I fully support the decision of Honourable Supreme Court.

Who are we to discriminate these people on basis of their choice. As a fellow citizen as well as a human, we must support them as they need our respect as well as support which normal humans deserve..........

What is education?

According to  sociology, it is the transfer of group heritage from one generation to other.
In today's modern world,why is this education necessary? Most of people will answer that it is needed to be skilled and educated so that we can get good job. It is common assumption that one who had a better educational degree,he/she have more knowledge and would be a successful person in future.
But is this correct?
According to me, it is very partially correct. Very partially. We need education because education makes a person a better human being as well as social being. Education not just provide knowledge about a particular subject but its primary objective is to make all of us good human being and then a person who has good knowledge of a particular subject.
         For example:- If a person mets with an accident on road and an individual who has his/her mathematics exam on that day passes without helping him/her to give the exam, he/she might get first division but in my opinion is "THE NUMBER.1 FAILURE" because he got succeed in the secondary objective of education but gets fail in primary and the most important objective.
Remember my dearest friends, life help those who help themselves and others.

It is the best way to change the world because education is the strongest weapon against evil after non violence.
" Pen is more powerful than a squadran of fighter airplanes" because education alters mind peacefully but very strongly.

Education not only make us a complete person but also a socialize person.
If children are being taught the correct meaning of education, the social evils will not last any more.

Humanity as world relegion

        Humanity as a religion.

What is religion? We all have different opinions on this question. A simple definition can be- RELEGION IS SOMETHING THROUGH WHICH WE CAN REACH THE GOD.
     We all pursue different-different relegions. Human has sown a seed of destruction by creating relegion.
Today, the people of this world are Hindus,Muslims,Christians,Sikhs,Buddhists,Jains in fact this list would be very long if I begin to write names of all religions....
But the bestest religion if one asks me,then it would be surely HUMANITY.  Religions are present on this earth since a few years but humanity and humans are present since the creation of day 🌞 and night 🌙. The religions from my point of view separate humans from humans.
The world is facing extreme violence due to this religion. Why we had made the religion such a important aspect of our life??????????
We must always remember that we are humans because we can relate, interact with each other but this difference of religion had construct a wall between humans.
We ( Youth) is the future of earth 🌎. If we did not understand that humanity is the remedy of all the sorrows of this world then we could never make our earth a heaven....
